We have been retained by a Northwest manufacturer of bespoke products to recruit a Commercial Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to continue to develop their career to the next level with a well-established and growing business.   This is a pivotal role for this bespoke SME manufacturer and distributor and is viewed as a key appointment in the business.   Reporting to the Managing Director and with a multi-disciplined sales team reporting into you, you will be responsible for:
  • Growing the turnover over the brand/business
  • Establishing and delivering a sales strategy to focus on growth of design and build contracts
  • Responsible from enquiry to installation
  • Mentoring and developing the internal sales team
  • Converting and managing the contracts
  Currently a Sales or Commercial Director or looking for that next step up, you will have experience of design and build contracts and in supply and fit. You will have experience in working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experienced in managing and developing an internal sales function as well as developing a high performing team. You will be process driven, intelligent and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.   As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of between £65,000 and £85,000 as well as a bonus scheme, car allowance and an excellent pension scheme.   Only pro-active, innovative candidates need apply.
