Global Fulfilment Manager

Handley James have recently been retained by an ecommerce business based in the North East area to source a Global Fulfilment Manager to manage their Global fulfilment partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who really wants to continue to develop their career to the next level with a well-established and rapidly growing business.   Heading up a multi-disciplined team you will take responsibility for 3^rd party fulfilment partners Globally.   Reporting to the CFO, you will take responsibility for:  

• Being the key relationship lead for all Global fulfilment partners
• Developing tools and system to ensure SLA compliance
• Establishing new partners in new regions, Globally
• Managing the courier/logistics partnerships
• Coaching and developing a remote team
• Delivering on improvement projects

  Currently an Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics professional, you will be experienced in working in a fast paced retail or ecommerce business. You will be experienced in managing fulfilment operations either internally or on a 3^rd party basis and will have established commercial agreements around these. You will be an excellent relationship builder and a highly effective leader. You will be numerate and analytical and be proven in working in a structured yet collaborative way.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established, secure and rapidly growing business.
