We have been retained by one of our key clients in Macclesfield to recruit a HR Manager who will bring about significant change in their organisation. Our client is a well-established and reputable SME manufacturer and distributer of bespoke products, they are now looking for a true HR professional to support their future growth.   This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop their career further within a well-established organisation that is expanding and investing in growth and its staff.   Role Responsibilities   To improve and advance HR best practice across the organisation. Reporting to the Directors and with 2 direct reports, you will be responsible for  
  • Improving and advancing the companies HR systems and processes to achieve best practice
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders in the business to take more ownership of HR processes
  • Ensure that the candidate journey from recruitment through to induction and onboarding is professional and effective
  • Focus and advance employee engagement and awareness across the business
  • Advance the training and development across all levels
  • Improve the recruitment and retention processes
  Currently in a senior HR Generalist role or currently a HR Manager, you will be looking to develop your career further. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification. You will be experienced in a HR capacity in a company where you are responsible for developing team leaders and managers in HR processes and practices. Experience in manufacturing or distribution would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be calm, considered and measured in your approach.   As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package of between £45,000 and £55,000 plus benefits.
