It will be imperative to maintain close customer relationships so that projects can be tracked through to order placement and opportunities maximised across the schemes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Gather information for incoming enquiries to allow accurate assessment of the opportunities
- Regularly and fully utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the upkeep and management of customer and sales data
- Identify and communicate cross sell opportunities to Commercial Team
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team
- Act as a conduit for feedback between sales, design, and customers
- Promoting a customer centric approach
