You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Service Desk and resolving user queries in a timely manner
- Working on CI projects to improve the systems and processes
- Troubleshooting on software and hardware issues both in person and remotely
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders
Currently in an I.T. support role, you will have gained experience of supporting users on an ERP platform. Experience of Netsuite is preferred but is not essential. You will be used to working with multiple stakeholders, managing people expectations, and dealing with multiple queries simultaneously.
As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package of between £30,000 and £40,000.
