Mechanical Services Manager

We are currently working with a well-established multi services contractor. This company has an excellent reputation and is reputed for the high standards of work they deliver. Having grown consistently, our client is now looking for Mechanical Services Manager to join and strengthen their mechanical services team.   Managing multi discipline projects in retail, education, or council-based work streams.  Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, your main responsibilities will be:  

• Managing multi discipline mechanical projects teams
• Managing multiple projects/contracts at any one time
• Working cross functionally with the electrical and fabric manager
• Deliver a strategy for a mechanical department and drive the business growth
• Establish and sustain high standards of work
• Improve the accountability of the performance of your work streams and projects
• Manage, guide and direct subcontract and direct workforce

  Experienced in the Mechanical services (plumbing or HVAC) industry you will have gained exposure to a retail, education, fit out council client base. Ideally you will have managed multidiscipline teams on both a direct and subcontract basis. Experienced in managing multiple projects/work-streams and ensuring quality measures and deadlines are hit is key. You will be C&G or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical qualified.
