feedback 3 When we talked about HJC and what we wanted to achieve, the absolute key criteria for us was to ensure that everyone involved in one of our processes felt they were receiving the best quality service and support. This, to us, was irrelevant of salary level, size of company or type of role. Having already made successful placements since our launch, what has been massively refreshing for us is the amount of positive candidate feedback we are receiving from those who we have placed but, equally as important, those that we haven’t. “you are so different from the other recruitment companies” and “the passion that you both have for manufacturing is fantastic” and “I cannot thank you enough for the time you have taken to really find out what it is that I am looking for” are just some of the things that have been said to us. Having complete control over each recruitment assignment means that we are able to provide such a personable and bespoke service. Unfortunately, so many recruitment companies drive inane and totally irrelevant KPI measures that recruiters are often forced to try and achieve these and lose focus of the point that we are, in fact, dealing with people and a very large and inherent part of their life….their career!! Being able to express that we want the best for a candidate and we won’t apply pressure tactics, but instead, consult and allow time for independent thought is so refreshing to us and the candidates that we are interfacing with. It certainly makes our job far more rewarding!!!
