- Improve and fully utilise the HR system
- Ensure that the candidate journey from recruitment through to induction and onboarding is professional and effective
- Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated
- Grow many of the processes and practices from grass roots
- Establish and drive a wellbeing strategy
