ERP Specialist

Handley James are currently working with a specialist manufacturer and installer or capital equipment. This organisation has a fantastic reputation and is currently experiencing a growth trajectory with an extremely strong order book. As a result of this they are now looking to recruit an ERP Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proven and now looking to progress and develop their career further.   As an ERP Specialist, you will take full responsibility for the ERP System and how it integrates into the business and support the wider team.   You will be responsible for:  

• ERP (Epicor) system integration and functionality
• ERP development changes internally
• Managing or assisting in ERP configuration
• Managing upgrade patches
• Managing external development with the ERP provider.
• Provide day to day support to system users.
• Manage and address Business Activity Query (BAQ’s)
• Managing Server Update Support and version updates without disruption.
• Managing multiple users
• Implementing and sustaining Epicor improvements functionally

  Currently a SAP, Epicor or similar ERP system specialist and will be proven in managing, integrating, and improving the system functionality. You will be a self-starter and have a very hands-on approach from a key person who will help support the business and the processes within it. You will be familiar with building and developing internal and external relationships and be an advocate for the user.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established, secure, and growing manufacturer where career progression is available.
