We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Group Sales Director. Our client is looking for a proactive and innovative Group Sales Director to establish and deliver on their group sales strategy.   Reporting directly to the Group MD, you will be responsible for:  
  • Establishing a cohesive Group sales strategy across several different product ranges
  • Establishing cohesion and synergy across the portfolio of products and cascading a more collaborative sales approach across the different businesses
  • Liaising cross functionally in order to achieve buy in and results
  • Train and develop the different sales teams in line with the new strategy
  Experienced in the fenestration industry or building products, you will be experienced in selling to the construction industry or trade/installer partners. Ideally you will be experienced in technical sales, rather than off the shelf selling. You will be an excellent communicator and will be proactive in your approach. You will be a hands-on strategist and someone who is used to be being the face of a brand or business.
