With nearly 50 years focusing on technical solutions, and a genuine passion for problem solving and providing their customers the best product/solution possible, they are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Sales professional to join their team here in the Northwest.
This role will join their speciality chemicals division and focus on both account management and the identification of new business opportunities within the division.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of agreed products, services, and outcomes.
- Develop account plans that align with the departmental strategy, identifying growth opportunities, managing risk, and contributing to overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the sales strategy for assigned customers and markets, translating strategic objectives into actionable account plans.
- Coordinate internally with Sales Executives, Operations, Finance and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial terms, escalating issues where necessary and taking corrective action to maintain service and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on account activity, forecasts, and risks to support sales team planning and strategic decision-making.
- Chemistry, Marketing, Languages or Business-related degree.
- Proven experience in international sales, technical service or customer relationship management.
- Key Account Management experience.
- Business proficiency in appropriate foreign language. (Desirable)
- Professional Sales and Key Account management training/qualifications. (Desirable)
