Handley James have been retained by a well-established manufacturer of bespoke products based in Dudley . As a result of expansion, growth and continued development they have retained our services to source a Production Manager to join the business and work collaboratively to support the expansion of the business from a manufacturing and operations perspective.   Reporting to a board level Director, you will be responsible for the following:  
  • Driving and improving operational performance to meet strategic and financial goals
  • Providing overall leadership across Production, Planning and warehouse
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Improving the overall efficiencies of the business, with a focus on OTIF and efficiencies
  • In developing and mentoring core team members
  • In improving stock availability in line with production requirements
  Currently a Production Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within a manufacturer, you will be experienced in improving processes but in a measured and consistent way. Ideally, you will have gained experience within an SME. You will be proven in improving OTIF and efficiencies, specifically, and will have achieved this through employee engagement and development.
