We have been retained by a Northwest manufacturer and distributor to recruit a Days Based Production Manager for their site in Warrington. This organisation is part of a Global business and is in the process of establishing itself as a leader in its field. Our client is currently looking for a Production Manager to help to implement and drive improvements across the business strategically and from an operational perspective, to give them a strong foundation for further growth.   You will be responsible for the following:  
  • Delivering the production plan, on time and in full
  • Highlighting any potential issues to OTIF proactively
  • Working with the Production Supervisors to develop and coach them
  • Consider and pursue CI activities
  Currently a Production Supervisor or Production Manager within a manufacturer, you will be experienced in driving production according to a production plan. You will be experienced and proven in energising and motivating a production team and will be proactive in your approach. You will have developed and coached people and will be looking to do this again. You will be a visible, hands on, production manager who leads by example.   As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
