Quality Manager
February 2We have been retained by a specialist manufacturer to recruit a Quality Manager for their site in Warrington. This organisation is part of a Global business and is in the process of establishing itself as a leader in its field. Our client is currently looking for a Quality Manager to help to implement and drive improvements across the business, to give them a strong foundation for further growth.
You will be responsible for the following:

- Leadership of the Quality team
- Ownership of the ISO9001 & 14001 Management System throughout the company
- Ensure compliance with product certification and testing requirements
- Lead internal and supplier quality initiatives
- Develop an engrained Quality culture
- Manage the testing of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Oversee quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process
- Utilise quality tools such as 8D, 5Y FMEA and Root Cause
- Ownership of the Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Support other functional areas of the business including purchasing, customer services and design
- Develop and mentor core team members
