Due to an amazing three years in business, we are again, growing our team – we are recruiting for an experienced consultant with a full candidate and client approach to their respective discipline.   A recruitment consultants job is never easy, with no two days the same, all whilst dealing with people, people who change their minds, have opinions on how they think things should be done etc. We have been there; we know what it is like to work in environments where nothing is ever enough. That is why we have created a culture where you are treated (genuinely treated) like an adult, with a flexible approach to working, sensible targets and support from everyone.   As a recruitment consultant you will:  
  • Identify and develop new and existing client/business relationships
  • Working on already live roles with existing accounts
  • Develop and manage your candidate network
  • Ensure you consult with each and every client about the best solution for them when recruiting
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Managing the process through the interview, offer and on boarding process
  • Confidently managing negotiations and expectations from both candidates and clients
  • Offering CV, interview, resignation preparation and advice as and when necessary
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities i.e. (ChemUKExpo, ChemSpec etc.)
  The ideal candidate:  
  • Proven experience within a recruitment/sales environment ideally within a chemical or process manufacturing background and a focus on engineering/technical and/or operations
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial business acumen
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships both over the phone and face to face
  • The ability to overcome objection and be tenacious
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving License and own car would be beneficial
