We have been retained by a Capital Equipment manufacturer to recruit a on Regional Sales Manager. A global manufacturing, installation and service business which is looking to grow and expand is now looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to support the management of existing accounts and projects, as well as generate new opportunities for expansion and growth.   Reporting directly to the Sales Director.   You will be responsible for the following:  
  • Providing a solutions based sell to customers
  • Establishing a new business sales strategy in the North of England
  • Establishing and identifying new areas of application in different sectors
  • Actively deliver on that strategy in order to meet the company’s growth plan
  • Utilising your knowledge and contacts grow your region
  • Working closely with engineering and project management teams
  Currently a Sales Manager or Technical Sales Engineer looking for that next step up, you will be experienced in selling a technical/engineered product. Experience of long sales cycles and selling into complex markets is desirable. Previous leadership experience is also desirable and you will be proven in growing the turnover/ sales of a business.
