We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Sales & Marketing Director. Our client is looking for a proactive and innovative Sales and Marketing Director to establish and deliver on their overall sales strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing a cohesive sales and marketing strategy, considering a number of routes to market that include installer and commercial sectors.
- Establishing a more proactive approach to developing new business and maximising potential from current opportunities.
- Liaising cross functionally to achieve buy in and results.
- Development of that sales &marketing teams in line with the new strategy.
Currently in a sales & marketing leadership role, you will be experienced in the fenestration industry or building products manufacturing sector. You will be experienced in selling to the construction industry or trade/installer/developer partners. Ideally you will be experienced in technical sales, rather than off the shelf selling. You will be an excellent communicator and will be proactive in your approach. You will be a hands-on strategist and someone who is used to be being the face of a brand or business. Our client is happy to consider established Sales & Marketing Directors as well as those individuals who are ready for the next step up. It is vital that you have proven ‘new business’ sales strategies that you have implemented previously and can prove how you grew turnover and profitability previously.
